Do you provide certificates?
Absolutely. For every consumer unit change, rewire or new circuit, we provide an Electrical Installation Certificate. For landlords and sellers, we issue EICRs — fully compliant, so you’re legal and safe.
How much does an EICR cost?
EICR prices start from £180+VAT for a typical 3-bedroom house. The exact cost depends on the number of circuits and accessibility. We’ll quote after a quick chat.
Can you fit an EV charger?
Yes. We supply and install home chargers from brands like Pod Point and Zappi. A standard install takes 2-3 hours and we’ll handle any additional consumer unit work if needed.
How quickly can you come out?
For emergency faults — no power, burning smell, sockets sparking — we aim to be with you within 2-4 hours in Grantham. For non-urgent work, we can usually schedule within a few days.
